Title: Late Betas - Tax Classification

In my DVLA liaison role I've just received a query from a member as to obtaining historic tax classification for their Beta. It was registered in May 1983 so not eligible yet on that date. When I looked up the VIN in the records held by the Club the build date was July 1982, so it is eligible now on that date.

So, for any members with Betas registered after January 1983 and with a VIN ending with less than 940788 please get in touch.

Is that for any Beta or just Coupe?

Any Beta. The VINs became sequential for all models in 81 or 82.
