Title: Fulvia S2 Horn
Post by: RobD on 02 May, 2026, 03:21:49 PM
Quick technical question regarding connecting up the horn push to the horn units. I can see from the wiring diagram that the horn push makes the earth connection when deployed and presumably this compkete the circuit and the horn sounds. My question is, do the horn units have to be isolated to prevent themselves from earthing themselves to the chassis through their mounting bolts? Or have Lancia done something cunning with a relay?

You should see a cunning relay both physically and on the wiring diagram. The horn button provides the earth to the relay....
