Not sure how it happened but I now have two copies of this! That's just being greedy so make me an offer. My spare is in pristine condition and includes the CD. I won't be holding out for some of the silly prices that are currently be asked on popular auction sites.

Swiftly sold I expect! Lovely book, I do like the cover photograph. Was it the leather bound edition?
