Crease Dent Removal

Hi All, Something fell on the boot lid of my Fulvia and it has left a shallow crease dent that measures about 100mm long and about 2mm deep. The paint is intact and the crease is quite rounded - see photo. I’d like to have a go at removing the dent myself so I’m looking for any guidance how to go about out this? Cheers, Martyn.

Personally i'd take to a local dent remover rather than take the chance of doing it myself, one thing I've always avoided is bodywork!

I'd agree with Brian. The metal in the dents needs to be shrunk back to the original size and doing that without damaging the paint is something I would consider a specialist task.
