I wonder as a long shot whether anyone has a Jaeger clock to fit the Jaeger speedometer as fitted to late S4 Aurelia B20's?
Alternatively I would consider a whole instrument in any condition as long as it has the correct clock.
It doesn't matter to me whether the clock is working or not as long as it is complete.
