Augusta hub cover / hubcap mount

Hi,
I’m looking for a front hubcap mount for an Augusta as I have one missing from my restoration project.
It’s the round, cast mounting with two lugs, that screws onto the hub, to which the hubcap retaining nut then screws onto. It’s part 31-5684. Any help is very much appreciated
