FULVIA FRONT UPPER WISHBONE PARTS

Hello, would anybody have two of the small triangular flanges that hold the upper ball joint into the wishbone, that is fitted to the series 1 Fulvia. The part number is 2214363.
Please see attached picture from the parts book.
