I have a bit of a one-off item that I want to sell.
About 2 years ago I purchased land and an outbuilding adjacent to our house in Ramsbottom near Bury in Lancashire. From memory, I think that the previous owner of the building raced cars as a hobby.
Inside the building was a c.9 foot high sign in for the form of the Lancia badge. The sign has two metal legs on either-side and holes in their base for permanent installation in the ground (I can provide photographs if required).
Since we bought the building the sign has sat there, helping to cover up an old broken window. Now though the window has been replaced and we have no need for it anymore. I thought, however, that it may be of interest to one of you guys.
I have no idea how you value something like this, so I am open to offers.
The most challenging issue for a prospective buyer would be how to transport it away.
