I have been in touch with the company making them and they would do a special price for 10 - 170€ (plus vat) instead of 210€ (plus vat)

Worthwhile approaching Omicron or Cavillito to take a few?

Dave, I've never had an Augusta (yet ??) so don't know

The Ardea filter is quite similar but have not dismantled one to see if it is the same, but also there is less space on the Ardea. Next time I have the Ardea on the ramp I will have a look - unless someone else can tell us ?

Very little room on the Ardea engine to fit a larger oil filter. BTW, the standard one seems to work fine although it needs regular cleaning. It is normally rotated each time the started motor is switched on as it it linked to it by a purpose made rod (often missing...)

I have added Roger, John plus "an other" so we are up to 9 .... here are some photos of the filter fitted to David's engine - it arrived last week

why does it not have a long centre tube to retain the oil in what is a big filter to fill up??? Bottom end will by struggling until the filter has filled
