Floor mats
« on: 28 February, 2026, 10:24:30 AM »
I'm thinking of replacing the front floor mats in my LHD Berlina. Annoyingly both my spare sets are RHD.

The chances of someone having a decent set of second hand Berlina ones seem vanishingly rare to me.

Elvizio is the obvious place to go for new ones (sale of a kidney may be needed once VAT and customs duty are factored in) but they don't list the footwell mats for a Berlina at the moment. They do have complete front sets for a PF Coupe which look the same. Does anyone know if the firewall and front footwells are the same between the two models?

My suggestion, assuming you don't need embroidery, is:

1 - choose your carpet material / colour from one of the car carpet suppliers and buy what you need off the roll
2 - make up templates in cardboard or similar
3 - cut out your shapes
4 - find your local carpet shop that can do edge binding and get them to do it

I did that with my Fulvia, after having a botched job from a car mat retailer that seemed incapable of making to measure despite their claiming that they could do so.

I was asking about OEM rubber floor coverings but I suppose carpeting would be a much cheaper option.

The rubber mats in my coupe have dried out and disintegrated so carpets will be a good option.
