Next there is indeed as the guy suggested a drop down box that doesn't contain Lancia as an option so at the bottom of the list you just click "other" which allows a spacebar to type the make in

Then you enter the model etc etc, year and so on.
Eventually you create a record of the vehicle which enables an MOT to be done.
I'm sure a fresh guy with experience or time will be ok with it
