Fulvia coupe rear springs
« on: 18 May, 2026, 11:11:04 AM »
The rear springs on my S2 Fulvia coupe 1.3 are beyond saving. I have seen second hand ones for sale, but I am unsure whether they are from a Berlina or a coupe? Does anybody know for sure whether the springs are interchangeable? I have a feeling that a saloon car would have different springs. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Some of the second hand springs might be well 'settled'.

Berlina springs are definitely different (heavier body). Beware some S2 rear springs only have one silent block at the back and a a bolting point at the front a la S1.

Cavalitto I think sell remanufactured springs to OEM spec. I believe they come with silent blocks already installed but you need to check. Obviously duty and vat will be paid on incoming goods.
Its not the winning but taking part! or is it taking apart?

Once upon a time I would have gone down to the spring shop in Denton Holme Carlisle and had some made.   O tempora O mores!
