Fobello - Col du Mont Cenis

A couple of photos from the start of the Fobello 2026 event

An amazing line up of Lambdas at the top of the Col du Mont Cenis - where it all began for the Lambda - some of the original road tests were conducted here in the early 1920's

Cars and entrants were from all over the world - Australia, Argentina, Holland , Belgium, Ireland, France, UK, Spain, Switzerland, Italy with over 30 Lambdas (and a DiLambda) present. I am sure someone will write this up fully at some point !! Unfortunately I could only make the first day

The last photo shows that when you are travelling for 6 weeks as these Australians are doing - even a long wheelbase Lambda needs some extra luggage capacity

Lambda 7th, Aprilia Cabrio,S1&S2Aprilia,Ardea c'cino, Appia c'cino, Appia f'cino, B20s4 ,R4 Sinpar, R4 Rodeo, 65 Moke, 3xR60 Tractor, Toselli 78, Moto Guzzi Ercole,LR Defender, Ypsilon Ibrida HF, Moto Guzzi Cardellino, Fulvia GT, RE Himalayan
