  Hi all,

Trying to get some parts together to go with the carb rebuild, looking for a supplier for distributor cap, rotor arm, HT leads, spark plugs etc, can anyone help / recommend a company.

try CES in wrexham 01978 365392, try to speak to rob , nile or matt, they are 1 of my supliers , they do mail order, very helpfull, main bosch agents in north west, put it this way they managed to source oil+air filters for the appia consortium, just say james from minera tyres put you in touch they all no me well, good luck james

i forgot to mention i'm pretty sure i've got a dizzy cap rotor arm and points if its the right type for you vehicle or not i could'nt tell you  ???

Thanks for the info on CES parts supplies, will contact them during the week,
I have yet to find the part nos for the VX distributor cap / rotor arms etc, still in the research infancy stage at the mo!

Lee, check the Fiat Uno Turbo dizzy as a substitute for the VX one. The magnetic pickup and vacuum advance is the same.
