Well, after the Esagammma debate, Mark posted the Committee decision on here. Unfortunately, that particular vehicle just didn't stack up as a viable proposition. However, Mark also said that the Committee would always consider a rational, robust business case in future.
So, if someone out there wants to create a cunning (and workable), realistic plan for this SuperJolly, let's hear it and I can promise that we will give it very careful and considered discussion. But it does have to be a viable plan, whereby the Club could possibly assist with securing purchase whilst a consortium of owners is established, but in the longer term the Club isn't liable for the majority of ongoing running or storage costs.
But you are all right. It would be fun!
