Hello,
I have a 1966 Lancia Fulvia that I have owned since 2015.
I have used it for several (full speed) rallies, and it has never let me down in a race.
However, a couple of years ago the head gasket failed, and I embarked on a complete engine rebuild.
But, my motivation has failed.
I am restoring an Aurelia and all my spare time and funds go to that car.
The car has an interesting history.
It was raced for many years in Italy, and is a two-time hillclimb champion.
I bought the car from an English dealer - Targa Flora Classics - and here is a video they posted of the car many years ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qnbM6KSNnsThe car has participated in lots and lots of races, and is covered in race stickers, a true war horse!
Here is a short clip of it passing in the AurskogHøland rally 2017:
https://youtu.be/SuxD9M2NIi8?si=0tDbGiscLZFkrCAV&t=2060The engine has been bored up to 1,4 liters, and there's a lot of performance parts fitted.
-HC pistons from Cavalitto
-Race cam from cavalitto
-grp 4 headers
-intake for Weber 40´s
plus plus.
The engine has been re-assembled but never started.
The number on the flange reads 818.342, suggesting an HF engine. The con-rods are lightened, which also suggests an HF engine.
However, I cannot find any numbering stamps on the 818.140 head, which suggests it has been replaced at at some time.
The head has big valves and I think it has been ported.
A spare 1,3litre engine in parts is included.
The gearbox is a 5-speed box with Bacci Romano internals, and limited slip diff.
All leaf springs are new
New Bielstein dampers
Aluminium hood and trunk lid - a pair of aluminum doors can also be included with the car.
Roll cage
The body is ok, little rust. But it is a race car that have seen many battles.
The subframe is ok, but some dents here and there as expected.
Asking18,000£ - offers welcome
The car is located in Norway
Freight to the UK or worldwide can be arranged.
