Welcome to Lancias and the forum. Dedras are completely underestimated by the general public, you have a real sleeper there.
The forum is organised with sections for each model or, a for the later cars, group of models. "General chat" is really for topics that aren't specific to a particular model. If you scroll down towards the bottom of the first page you will find the "Thema, Dedra, Delta II" section. That would be the best place to start a thread on your Turbo and you will also find a massive thread on the restoration of another Turbo by a previous owner of your car.
