Aeris 1 Dunlop pistons.
« on: 27 April, 2026, 10:34:13 AM »
Help please,
Where is the best place, meaning cost! To purchase new Dunlop series 1 pistons for my 2c.
It seems I need 4.
Does anyone refurbish these?

Hi Brian, There will be more knowledgeable people than me, but I would look into getting the remade in stainless steel.

A quick search found a Facebook page with a discussion and some recommendations (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DtEgpuahZ/).  Also a manufacturer of motorcycle pistons (http://www.trkbraking.co.uk/).

There are separate companies that refurbish callipers for classics & I suspect they will also know suppliers if you need more than just pistons.

It would be a shame to be off the road at this time of year!

Cheers,

Glyn
